I adapted this recipe from Girl Versus Dough. They came out great and would be perfect for a holiday cookie exchange. The cookies are very delicate and the chocolate is rich. Perfect combination. I can’t wait to try these again once the mint chocolate chips hit the stores for the holiday season! ENJOY!
