These tender shrimp are sexy wrapped in garlic-infused olive oil and have the perfect amount of spice to grab your attention.

Ingredients

  • 1 Lbs. shrimp (raw, peeled, deveined)
  • 6 Cloves garlic (3 cloves minced; 3 cloves thinly sliced)
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 cup fresh parsley (minced)
  • 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper

Directions

Step 1
Place shrimp in bowl with 3 tablespoons olive oil, 3 minced cloves garlic and crushed red pepper. Allow to marinate at room temperature for 15-30 minutes.
Step 2
Heat remaining olive oil in saute pan over medium heat. Add sliced garlic and allow to infuse oil for 3-5 minutes.
Step 3
Increase heat to medium high and add shrimp. Cook while tossing until just done, which will take only about 2 minutes, depending on size of the shrimp. Cooked shrimp is pink and opaque.
Step 4
Add parsley. Salt and pepper to taste. Serve while piping hot!
