Jeff and I had our annual Cinco de Mayo party scheduled for the second of May, so last week my mind was completely wrapped up in all things Cinco de Mayo!

I also could not take my eyes off this Cookie Monster Ice Cream from Simple Thrifty -- no churn to boot!  I've got to try this!
