Baked brie is one of the simplest appetizers you can make. And so versatile -- drizzle with honey and walnuts, spoon some fresh fruit salsa on top or just enjoy as is -- deliciously spread over a crusty baguette. Pat yourself on the back -- this is one awesome appetizer!
Ingredients
- 16 Ounces brie (more or less, depending on how many people you plan to serve)
- ¼ Cup honey
Note
As the brie bakes in the oven, the honey will start to caramelize on the bottom. When I move the brie to a serving dish, I flip the cheese over to expose the caramelized honey. Good stuff!

Directions
Step 1 | |
Preheat your oven to 350ºF. Place brie in an ovenproof dish. I tend to use my cast iron skillet, but any ovenproof dish is fine. Drizzle with honey. Bake until cheese is bubbly -- about 20 minutes. |
