This Champagne Grapefruit cocktail is a nice spin on the mimosa. Fresh grapefruit juice pairs nicely with crisp bubbly!

- 1 Ounce fresh-squeezed grapefruit juice (I prefer Ruby Red grapefruit for this)
- 2 Ounces well-chilled champagne
- grapefruit slices and rosemary sprigs (for garnish)
