    Coleslaw with Oil & Vinegar Dressing

    This tangy oil & vinegar dressing is perfect over cabbage. Add to pork sandwiches for an extra layer to flavor and texture.

    Ingredients

    • 4 Cups finely shredded cabbage
    • ¼ Cup white wine vinegar
    • ¾ Cup olive oil
    • 1 Teaspoon Kosher salt
    • ½ Teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
    • ½ Teaspoon sugar
    • black pepper to taste

    Directions

    Step 1
    Whisk all ingredients together. Pour over approximately 4 cups finely shredded cabbage.
