Fast and easy spicy shrimp pasta dish with loads of flavor. I say it makes enough for 4, but the reality is that my husband and I devoured the entire thing in one sitting! Remarkably good! Worthy of a dinner party!
Ingredients
- 1 Lb. Raw shrimp (peeled and deveined)
- ⅓ Cup Olive oil
- ¼ Cup Parmesan cheese
- 4 Cloves Garlic (minced)
- 2 Teaspoons Brown sugar
- 2 Teaspoons Soy sauce
- 1 Teaspoon Crushed red pepper
- ¾ Lb. Uncooked pasta (I prefer spaghetti or linguine)
Directions

Assemble the meal | |
Step 3 | |
While pasta is boiling, heat skillet over medium high heat. Dump entire bowl of shrimp and marinade. Cook shrimp just until pink (don't overcook...careful!). As soon as the pasta is done and drained, dump it into the skillet with the shrimp. Toss to mix. Serve topped with some parmesan and enjoy! |
