Slow Roasted Pork Sliders
If you’re looking for an easy and delicious casual meal to serve your guests . . .
Slow Roasted Pork Shoulder Sliders is it!
Minimal preparation required.
Place the roast in the oven, sit back and enjoy the aroma for the next few hours!
Once the roast is cooked tender, let it rest until cool enough to handle. Then break into bite sized pieces.
My favorite way to serve this slow roasted pork is on King’s Hawaiian Sweet Rolls, drizzled with a little BBQ sauce and topped with coleslaw.
For this type of sandwich I recommend coleslaw with a spicy oil and vinegar dressing.
Here’s the dressing RECIPE I use.
An excellent side dish for this sandwich is EVERYTHING POTATO SALAD.
To cut down even more on the kitchen activity while your guests are there, the pork can be completely prepped in advance and kept warm in a crock pot until it’s time to serve. Easy entertaining!
