This is a simple, straight-forward recipe for Lemon Biscotti. What I particularly enjoy is the texture the cornmeal gives to this cookie. The lemon flavor is delicate, and the cookie is not too sweet. These Lemon Biscotti are perfect served alongside a cup of coffee, tea or milk. ENJOY!

These shortbread cookies have a delicate texture and buttery richness that is hard to resist. Cherries and dark chocolate too! Take my advice — make a double batch and freeze the dough so you can bake ’em fresh as needed! ENJOY!

This recipe was given to me by a friend of a friend way back in 1999 — just before our first move to Italy. They are really quite simple to make. I like them because they aren’t too sweet. A great accompaniment to your morning or afternoon coffee.
