These hot wings are sure to be a hit at your next get-together. Nice and spicy! Easy to put together!
3 Lbs. Chicken wings/drummettes
1 Cup Flour
1 12 oz. bottle Frank's Hot Sauce
Oil for frying
1 Stick Butter
Several splashes Worcestershire Sauce
Several splashes Tabasco Sauce
Rinse and dry chicken thoroughly
Place flour in large ziplock. Add chicken wings/drumettes and shake well to coat with flour.
Heat oven to 375°F
Heat oil to375°F and fry chicken in batches until done. Remove to ovenproof pan.
On stovetop, melt butter. Add Frank's sauce, several splashes of Worcestershire and Tabasco. Heat until bubbly then remove from heat. Pour sauce over chicken and stir until wings are well covered with sauce.
Bake chicken for 15 minutes.
Enjoy with carrot and celery sticks and Ranch and Blue Cheese dressings.
