These tender shrimp are sexy wrapped in garlic-infused olive oil and have the perfect amount of spice to grab your attention.
Ingredients
- 1 Lbs. shrimp (raw, peeled, deveined)
- 6 Cloves garlic (3 cloves minced; 3 cloves thinly sliced)
- ½ cup olive oil
- ½ cup fresh parsley (minced)
- ½ teaspoon crushed red pepper

Place shrimp in bowl with 3 tablespoons olive oil, 3 minced cloves garlic and crushed red pepper. Allow to marinate at room temperature for 15-30 minutes. | |

Heat remaining olive oil in saute pan over medium heat. Add sliced garlic and allow to infuse oil for 3-5 minutes. | |

Increase heat to medium high and add shrimp. Cook while tossing until just done, which will take only about 2 minutes, depending on size of the shrimp. Cooked shrimp is pink and opaque. | |
Step 4 | |
Add parsley. Salt and pepper to taste. Serve while piping hot! |
