This breakfast bagel sandwich is one of my favorites.
I can't remember where I was when I first experienced this sandwich.
It was most likely at a deli near the office I worked at in San Diego.
The cream cheese, tomato, bacon combo is genius!

I usually make this sandwich one at a time since it's just Jeff and I at home now-a-days, but if I had a group over for breakfast, we could knock out a batch of these by toasting several bagels at a time in the oven.
I've made this breakfast bagel sandwich on whole wheat bagels and the flavor was impressive. However, my go-to bagel for this sandwich is the "everything bagel."

This Breakfast Bagel Sandwich is a genius combo of cream cheese, tomato and bacon. So good!
Ingredients
- 1 bagel of your choice (my favorite is the)
- 2 Tablespoons cream cheese (eh! don't measure -- just slather!)
- 2 Slices tomato (season with salt and pepper)
- 1 Slice bacon (cut in half) (it'll cover the sandwich better this way)
