I was searching for an easy winter cocktail that could be made by the pitcher.
I wanted something "wintery," and refreshing.
Through the magic of Pinterest, I came across Two Tarts' Winter Sun Cocktail.
It was really tasty and had almost everything I was looking for.
I set out to up the rosemary factor.
By replacing the triple sec with rosemary simple syrup, I got just the flavor I was hoping for.
I also upped the "vodka factor" while I was at it . . .
To make this by the pitcher, I whipped out my trusty No. 2 pencil and did some math for 10 cocktails --
Vodka (2-½ cups); clementine juice (3-⅓ cups); lemon juice (5 ounces); Rosemary simple syrup (1-¼ cup).
